UCL Match Day 3, Games Preview and Predictions

Maribor vs Liverpool
Having lost emphatically to Sevilla the last time out, people will easily expect Maribor to capitulate similarly against Liverpool. They will have to make full use of their home ground to get a result from this game against a Liverpool side who will be determined to get their first maximum points of the campaign. Liverpool to push for a win most certainly. Maribor 1:2 Liverpool
Spartak Moskow vs Sevilla Spartak
Moskow will be aiming to use this game to their full advantage against the Spanish team who hammered Maribor with three unreplied goals but took a slip in their last game against Athletico Bilbao. Knowing how deadly Sevilla can be in front of goal, this is a game that will require all hands on deck for the Russian side to garner a result from. A trip to Russia is never an easy encounter in the champions league everyone knows this, even Sevilla as well.
Spartak Moskow 2:2 Sevilla
Feyenoord vs Shakhtar Donetsk
This game presents a good opportunity for Feyenoord to pick their first three points in front of their fans but similarly it also opens a good chance for Shakhtar Donetsk to close up the gap on the group leaders. Shakhtar Donetsk you will remember has set itself in a comfortable position with the win over Napoli. It will be a dicey affair for both teams as this game presents a start up for their individual race and aspirations.
Feyenoord 1:2 Shakhtar Donetsk
Manchester City vs Napoli
Manchester City are probably the most in form team in Europe at the moment, the wide range of individual talents in the team and the presence of the gaffer, Pep Guardiola is making this team an envy of all others across Europe presently. Napoli will prove a quality opposition for the Etihad and they'll be up to the task no doubt, but any little slip up from the Italian side will be hugely punished by the English team.
Manchester City 3:1 Napoli
Monaco vs Besiktas
Monaco are certainly not where the neutrals will liken them to be, they have only a point against Leipzig and lost emphatically to Porto but they can still pull something from this group if they hit the gear now. They lost so many top men in the transfer window and the effect has already boomeranged. Besiktas are probably the underrated team of the group and they have started so well and by now their motivation to win any game will be at the optimum.
Monaco 1:1 Besiktas
Leipzig vs Porto
Leipzig have a big task of qualifying from this group with their poor start and game play. They will have to play with greater motivation to get full points against the Portuguese side who blew out Monaco in their last game having recovered brilliantly from their first home game blunder against group leaders Besiktas.
Leipzig 1:2 Porto
Apoel vs Dortmund
It's no news to the listening ears that Apoel are unlucky to be in this group and it wouldn't get any easier for them until they play their last group game. Ironically, Dortmund seem to be in a similar situation as Apoel, they both sit rock bottom of the table without a point, which makes it highly important for the German side to win by all means to nurture any hope of qualifying from this group and you can certain they’ll give it all their best.
Apoel 0:3 Dortmund
Real Madrid vs Tottenham
Real Madrid are not really having their best season in the Spanish league but you can be rest assured they are not losing a hold of the champions league, no, at least not without a fight. Tottenham will prove a quality opposition for the Spanish champions who are also twelve times UCL winner. Spurs will have to play to neutralize the powerful attacking line of the Spanish side and play them on the break. They will need to break the creativity of a certain former player Luka Modric from orchestrating game play from deep.
Real Madrid 3:2 Tottenham
