Man Utd v Newcastle Preview

Man Utd fans will be hoping that they can return to the form they showed before the previous international break, with the return of key personnel and a busy fixture schedule oncoming. With kick off at 5.30pm, United could be behind City by 11 points if they win at Leicester at 3pm. The old saying goes, you can’t win the league in November, but

you can certainly lose it!

The Red Devils have yet to concede a goal at Old Trafford this season and have not lost a home game in any competition since 2016. The fortress of Old Trafford is coming back!!!

Team news from the United camp is that Zlatan and Pogba are back in contention for today’s game, with Herrera likely to drop to the bench and Zlatan to start on the bench. There will be immense pressure on Pogba because of social media over the past number of weeks, from United fans who understood we are a different team with him in the team. Zlatan’s return will be like signing a new player (technically we did) and give a lift the players and a winning mentality brought back into the camp!

Newcastle were so poor against Bournemouth, if they play like that today United will win comfortably. The Magpies have won 1 of their last 6 games, with losing their last two. Although, Rafa could be the first manager to win at OT in the PL with three different clubs, Liverpool and Chelsea.

I’m going to a 3-0 win (Paddy Power – 13/2) today and Paul Pogba to get the first goal on his return to the United side (Paddy Power – 11/2).
